  • Can I cancel my order?
    All orders are made to order. Therefore, cancellations are non-refundable and final sale. It is YOUR due diligence to read our terms prior to placing an order. However, if you do cancel within 24 hours we will provide you with store credit for any future order(s). Please keep that in mind if placing a same day order! For larger orders, grazing tables or catered events we require a minimum of a 10 day notice cancelation in order to receive a partial refund. Therefore, if you book Curated Spread less than 10 days prior to your event date you will not qualify for a refund. There is a lot of planning that goes into catered events and we simply cannot be at a loss. Please note, initial 50% deposits are non-refundable. COVID-19 is a very sensitive topic and the safety of our team members, and customers are our first priority. Therefore, there must be proof given upon reaching out. We kindly ask that you submit proof of your virus. You will then be given the opportunity to reschedule one month after you have successfully recovered at the same rate. If you wish to reschedule for a later date you will be charged a 50% on top of your initial balance. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns regarding our policy.
  • Where are you located?
    We currently operate out of a commercial kitchen located in the city of Lincoln Heights. 3317 N. Mission Rd. Los Angeles Ca. 90031
  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver within 25 miles from our commercial kitchen that is located in the city of Torrance. However, we also accommodate any delivery or catering services outside of this radius and also travel outside of the Los Angeles County. Please contact us to receive an accurate quote.
  • Do you accommodate allergies or food intolerances?
    Absolutely, we always try our absolute best to accommodate any allergies or food intolerances. Always make sure to notify us during checkout or in writing. Please be advised that we are not a allergy-free facility and cross contamination can still happen!
  • Do you offer trades for social media?
    No, respectfully we do not. We do not offer any trades of any sort to influencers, brands, companies, or celebrities. We are a woman and minority owned small business and simply do not have the ability to offer our services at no cost. However, we can always work with a budget if it collectively works for both parties.
  • I am sending a gift. How will they know who it was gifted by?
    We always welcome and encourage gifts. During checkout there will be a "special instructions" tab where you can list the recipients contact information and gift note and we will hand write a note and attach to the order. Someone from our team will then follow up after your order has been successfully hand-delivered.
  • Can I modify my order?
    Absolutely, we try our absolute best to accommodate any special requests in regards to the items on your boards. That being said, given the seasonality of the produce and products we use, we are not always able to guarantee modifications.
  • Will my order hold up for next day?
    Yes, all of our boards are made to order freshly and can last inside your fridge for up to three days. However, If you know you are going to do this in advance, let us know and we will build your board(s) a little differently and wrap it up tight.
  • What if I forget about my delivery?
    Deliveries are made by our staff and we always hand-deliver every order unless a contactless delivery has been requested. The staff at Curated Spread is in contact the day of, if our staff is running late due to unpredictable LA traffic we will reach out immediately. However, if you have selected an in person delivery you or someone over the age of 18 must be available to accept the order. ALWAYS make sure to provide clear delivery instructions such as gate codes, contact information etc. Our staff will wait no more than 15 minutes before leaving if we are unable to get a hold of you via phone or text message. If we do not hear back we will not leave your order outside due to quality assurance and you will have to pay an additional delivery fee to reschedule. We will not refund you if you fail to be available to accept your order.
  • Are you licensed and insured?
    Yes, Curated Spread is up to date with all required licenses for the County of Los Angeles, as well as fully permitted by the Health Department, lastly we are fully insured.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Absolutely, same day orders are available daily and can be picked up at our kitchen in Lincoln Heights. Please allow 30 min - 2 hrs for your order to be ready for pick up.
